ЯНУАРСКА СЕСИЯ 2023 г.
Сесията премина при дневен ред от 25 точки. Кметът на общината не присъства и на това заседание, което е обичайното му поведение през този мандат и явно ще продължи и през последната година от него.
След промяна в предварителния дневен ред по предложение на съветника Кичев бе включено обсъждане и отпусната финансова помощ от 2000 лв. за манастира край с. Г. Буково. Отчетът на кмета за изпълнение решенията на общинския съвет бе приет въпреки протестите на Янков, Кичев и Вълчев относно неизпълнението на приетото през месец юли решение за преместване на градския пазар на старото му място в парка. Според секретаря на общината г-н Станилов причината за неизпълнението е ремонта в централната зона на градския парк, който по думите му щял да продължава и през тази година, без да се ангажира със срок за евентуалното изпълнение на взетото преди половин година решение. Янков не прие въпросния мотив за убедителен, тъй като решението за преместване е прието без възражение от страна на администрацията преди гласуването му. Какъв ще е развоят на сагата с преместването на общинския пазар не се наемаме да прогнозираме. Можем само да предполагаме, че в даден момент с наближаване на местните избори, общинският кмет ще се прояви като ,,добрият бащица‘‘ и великодушно ще разреши проблема - тогава, когато той реши!Дотогава ще проявява свойствените му своеволие и инат за сметка на гражданите на тази община!
Няма да коментирам останалите точки от дневен ред на тази сесия, тъй като всеки заинтересуван може да проследи видеозаписа.
Ще се спра само на последната точка ,,Питания‘‘:
Благодарение на писмени въпроси от групата на БСП стана ясно, че през настоящата ,,студена‘‘ зима до момента са вече ,,усвоени‘‘ около 100 хиляди лева по договора за зимна поддръжка на общинската пътна мрежа. Особено възмутена беше г-жа Чобанова, тъй като част от въпросните харчове са за път, по който тя пътува регулярно и не е констатирала никаква дейност от страна на фирмата изпълнител. По друг техен въпрос г-н Станилов увери съветниците, че извършените кадрови рокади на кметски наместници са извършени след писмено искане на предходните, заемали този пост.
